Knab books €134 million profit, strengthens position in Dutch self-employed market

Knab N.V., the Dutch online bank for the self-employed, has posted a record profit in 2023. The bank reported a net profit of €134 million, up €102 million from the previous year.

April 5, 2024

As of April 4 Knab has changed its statutory name from Aegon Bank N.V. into Knab N.V. The change does not have any legal impact on Knab or any of its customers, suppliers, business partners or investors.

Knab will become part of Austrian BAWAG Group

February 02, 2024

Knab will become part of BAWAG Group. The well-established Austrian banking group takes over Knab from a.s.r. The brand Knab, the products and the focus on self-employed customers will remain.
